Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Economics, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Eskişehir Anatolian University in 1996. She completed her Master’s in Law at MEF University between 2017 and 2019. Yılmaz held the position of Officer in charge of Financial Affairs and Finance at Ege Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 1997 and 2003. She moved to Yapı Kredi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. in 2003, taking the position of Deputy General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs and Finance. She has served as Financial Affairs Director for Doğuş Real Estate Investment Trust within the organization of the Doğuş Group since 2004. She was promoted to Deputy General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs at Doğuş Real Estate Investment Trust on January 1, 2014. Yılmaz was elected as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee by the Board of Directors' decision dated 12.04.2023. She held the positions of a member of the Disciplinary Committee for the Turkish Corporate Governance Association (TKYD), GYODER Real Estate Investment Trusts Committee (GYO), GYODER Legal Regulations Committee, GYODER Tax Regulations Committee, Turkish Capital Markets Association (TSPB) Investment Partnerships Professional Committee, and Turkish Capital Markets Association (TSPB) from 2020 to 2021. She also holds the Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Certificate (2005), Expert Certificates, and Capital Market Activities Level-3, Corporate Governance Rating Licenses.
