Gebze Center Shopping Mall is the region’s first shopping and entertainment center.

The value of the building and land, with a share of 42,65% in the Company’s active investment real estate portfolio, is TL 8.273.647,900 according to the appraisal report issued by TSKB Değerleme A.Ş. on December 29, 2025.
