The real estate D-Ofis Maslak was sold to Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. on 22.01.2020 for a price of Euro 40,000,000 through the Sell and Leaseback model on the condition of being repurchased at the end of the agreement to pay off a certain portion of the Company’s existing credit debts and decrease financial expenses. Accordingly, a Financial Leasing Agreement has been signed between the Company and Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş.

Since real estate will be re-included in the portfolio within 1 to 10 years following the completion of the sale, this transaction should be considered a financial one and not the sale of a tangible asset.
