Accordingly, a Financial Leasing Agreement has been signed between the Company and Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş.
Since real estate will be re-included in the portfolio within 1 to 10 years following the completion of the sale, this transaction should be considered a financial one and not the sale of a tangible asset.

The company’s first residential estate, Evidea Project, is located at Ümraniye Çekmeköy with a total of 473 residences. Its construction has started in 2004. The Project was developed with 50% share of ordinary partnership with Yapı Kredi Koray GYO and the construction was finalised in 2007 by Doğuş İnşaat and Koray İnşaat Consortium.
The Evidea Project was built on a 34.000 m² vacant lot which holds 73.000 m² for housing space, 24.500 m² of social facilities and a 101.000 m² of total construction area. 100% of the construction has been completed and by the end of 2007, all the residences are delivered to their owners. With the completion of Evidea, the ordinary partnership to develop the project has been discontinued as of 31 December 2011.
